Administrative Team

The Administrative Team coordinates the working, running, and reporting for the entire network. They include the Program Officers who are trained to oversee the states in their activities and ensure that they are working according to the standard and requirements of the donor. The Finance Officer ensures that financial records of the network are upto date and ready for audit. The Admin Officer ensures that all Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of the network is done and activities are reported to the Managers and Board of Trustees quarterly.

DUMKPEGE WISDOM LETOM

PROGRAMS/ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Dumkpege Wisdom Letom is a finance professional with expertise in financial management, data analysis, and business intelligence. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Rivers State University. He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB).

Wisdom is a certified Business Intelligence and Data Analyst (BIDA-CFI) and a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA-CFI), with strong proficiency in tools such as EViews, SPSS, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics. He applies these skills to support strategic decision-making, financial integrity, and organizational accountability.

Passionate about research, teaching, and community development, he has mentored and trained young professionals through various volunteer initiatives. A Forward Champion and ALX Fellow, Wisdom promotes socially responsible finance and inclusive leadership. Prior to joining P4P, he served as a Finance Assistant at the PIND Foundation.Top of Form

PROGRAMS AND MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER

Ogunleye Adewale Austine is an experienced program administrator with over a decade in the development sector. His work spans community development, agriculture, human security, governance, and the rights of women and children. He brings strong Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expertise, ensuring accountability and impact across various projects.

Austine has worked on initiatives supported by organizations such as ActionAid, Misereor, Kindermissionwerk, NDI, and the PIND Foundation. He is passionate about justice, peacebuilding, and sustainable development in underserved communities.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Mathematics from Adekunle Ajasin University and certifications in Social Work Practice (University of Michigan), Project Management (PMPI Nigeria), and Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (USIP). He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Peace and Security Studies at the University of Port Harcourt.

ELIZABETH OJONOGECHA ADUKU

COMMUNICATIONS AND ADMIN OFFICER

Elizabeth Ojonogecha Aduku is an experienced communications professional with a strong academic and practical background in peacebuilding, development, and program management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literary Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies, and a Master’s degree in Peace and Security Studies. She is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field, deepening her commitment to fostering sustainable peace and inclusive development.

With a career that spans communications, digital marketing, administration, and program coordination, Elizabeth brings a versatile skill set to every project she engages with. Her experience includes working on initiatives related to democratic governance, human rights, gender-based violence, education, and community livelihoods. She is especially passionate about using communication as a tool to shape narratives, influence change, and connect with diverse audiences.

Elizabeth is known for her ability to blend strategy with creativity—crafting compelling messages, managing digital platforms, and supporting operational systems that keep teams aligned and productive. Whether leading communication strategies or supporting program implementation, she approaches her work with purpose, empathy, and a collaborative spirit.

She remains open to partnerships, consultations, and opportunities that align with her values and expertise, particularly in spaces focused on peace, social justice, and community development.

PROGRAMS OFFICER AND PROGRAMS SUPERVISOR

Amb. Prince D. Ebilade is a development professional with over 15 years of experience in peacebuilding, project management, and community engagement. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising, a Master’s degree in Public Administration, and is a trained journalist. He is also a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).

Prince has built a career around promoting peaceful coexistence, supporting community development, and strengthening local leadership structures. His expertise lies in providing programmatic support on donor-funded projects, facilitating early warning and early response systems, and advancing human capacity development across the Niger Delta and beyond.

Known for his strategic thinking and people-centered approach, he has worked closely with various stakeholders to design and implement interventions that enhance economic livelihoods, improve access to development opportunities, and reinforce grassroots peace initiatives.

DEBORAH APPAH

– PROGRAMS AND RESOURCE MOBILIZATION OFFICER

Deborah Appah is a program and resource mobilization specialist with over five years of experience in peacebuilding, community engagement, and project implementation. Her work focuses on promoting social cohesion, supporting grassroots initiatives, and driving positive change across communities in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.

Deborah is also the visionary founder of the Miss ISPED Nigeria Pageant, a leadership and empowerment platform dedicated to grooming young women in social impact, advocacy, and initiatives rooted in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this platform, she mentors young women to become agents of transformation in their communities.

In addition to her development work, she is skilled in event management and community outreach, known for her ability to coordinate initiatives that inspire participation and lasting impact.

She holds a Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication from Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, Nigeria, and remains committed to empowering youth, advancing peace, and supporting sustainable development at the grassroots.
